A mix of Fontina, Sharp Cheddar, Swiss, Blue Cheese and spices.

Zesty Cheese

A combination of Cheddar, green chilies, diced tomatoes and spices.

Beer Cheese

An Aged Cheddar, and Swiss mix with Hill Country lager, garlic and spices.

Swiss Onion

A Swiss Cheese mixed with beef stock, scallions, garlic and spices.

A smooth Brie combined with spinach, artichoke and spices.
